Cushion, Pillows, and Inners:
Every cushion comes complete with a label sewn inside showing the composition of the fabric and the care recommendations for the particular fabric.
Every order is processed within 24 hours on weekdays, or the next working day for orders placed on a Friday or during the weekend.
All cushions, pillows and inners are shipped by courier free of charge to New Zealand purchasers. The delivery time is 1-2 days from processing. International orders are delivered using New Zealand Post and delivery time is 3 - 10 working days depending on the destination country.
We hold limited numbers of all of the cushions displayed. If for any reason we cannot fulfil your order we will contact you to advise our expected delivery date of new stock and ascertain whether or not the timing is acceptable to you.
Delivery and non availability: Any delivery dates quoted by Homestead Range are estimates only. Homestead Range will use its reasonable endeavours to see that deliveries are made according to schedule but shall not be responsible for delivery delays due to causes beyond Homestead Range's control, and the client agrees to accept delivery as soon as the goods are able to be delivered.
All goods ordered by the client are subject to such goods being available for delivery and Homestead Range accepts no responsibility for non-availability of goods and shall not be liable for any act of God or force majeure event, including but not limited to industrial disputes, war or delays or defaults of manufacturers, which delays or frustrates the performance of this agreement.
Fabric Samples: We represent the colour of our textiles as accurately as possible, but there may be colour variation on some computer screens. We hold small samples for most items, and they are available free of charge on request.
Returns: The utmost attention is paid to the design and workmanship of our products and we hope you will enjoy them. We will refund the purchase for any item returned subject to the following: Returned items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Proof of purchase of the item is required which may be either our receipt, or your eftpos or credit card statement showing price. The return of goods will not be accepted without prior arrangement with Homestead Range. Returned items must be unwashed, and unused, in their original condition.

A deposit of 50% is required on your acceptance of our quotation for custom made goods. Cancellation of our order will be subject to a cancellation fee based upon expenses incurred by our company at the time of cancellation
