Thank you for making your purchase with Homestead Range.  The utmost attention is paid to the design and workmanship of our products and we hope you will love them.

Cushions: To be eligible for a return your items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.  The item(s) must be unwashed, and unused, in their original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase of the item is required which may be either our receipt, or your eftpos or credit card statement showing proof of purchase. Homestead Range will refund the reasonable cost of freight for the return of cushions pillows and or inners at a price agreed via email prior to the items being returned. Address for returns for cushions is Homestead Range, 10 Kings Drive, Wanaka, 9305.  If your item is valued at more than $75 you may wish to have it covered by insurance.

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next Contact your bank.  There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at shop@homesteadrange.co.nz

Sale Items (if applicable)Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange an item for one the same, please email uus at shop@homesteadrange.co.nz and send your item to Homestead Range, 10 Kings Drive Wanaka 9305

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.  Once the returned item is received a gift certificate will be mailed to you.  If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver for you.

Homestead Range may accept the return of goods provided that the goods are returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt by the customer, and the goods are in the same condition as at the time of dispatch.  A (10) ten percent handling fee  on all returned goods will be charged. Custom made goods will be subject to a cancellation fee based upon expenses sustained as a result of design, overhead, and production labour hours and materials costs incurred up until the date of cancellation.

Fabrics - the seller will not accept the cancellation of an order by the buyer after the fabric is cut
