100% cotton print depicting Emma Bridgewater pottery design with piped velvet trim
Reverse side in the same velvet as piped trim
Both sides of these cushions are very beautiful.
Can be used in many different situations.
The large scale design of the patterned fabric on the cushions is the work of the famous English potter Emma Bridgewater in collaboration with Sanderson.
The design named "The Dresser" is inspired by Bridgewater's own dresser at home where she keeps objects from her famous pottery collection among other items. She takes great delight in rearranging the objects from time to time.
This particular colourway is warm and inviting. Pottery animals, mugs, teapots and plates on the dresser shelves in a range of colours with the citrus tones being the most prevalent and set against a background of charcoal and black. The velvet edge trim on the cushions does a lovely job of picking up those yellow/green tones and framing the objects on the dresser.
Design Speak: These vibrant designer cushions have a traditional pattern in a colour scheme that is contemporary. The use of the velvet adds a luxurious dimension and makes the cushions suitable for use in any style of home from tradtional to contemporary.
